Mabel Viviey
Mabel Viviey, Communications and Learning Manager is a Knowledge Management and Communications expert with ten years’ experience in supporting development programmes in Ghana. She has facilitated communication between political parties, CSOs, government agencies and international organisations and coordinated key technical activities.
Mabel also has a huge interest in Elections and Elections Related activities and currently leading on the development of a Community of Practice on the Ghana 2016 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.
Mabel is currently the Communications & Learning Manager of the second Phase of the Strengthening Transparency Accountability and Responsiveness in Ghana (STAR-Ghana) Programme of Christian Aid, UK. She is responsible for coordinating and managing STAR-Ghana’s Communications Workstream as well as leading on the development of communities of practice including programme (learning) events and technical assignments.

Frank Kwaku Amoateng holds the key responsibility of ensuring that programme interventions are effectively monitored and also lead on the development of an organisational Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework appropriate to the establishment of a Ghanaian-owned institution. He was the Head of Department (M&E) at Right To Play (RTP-Ghana) and also an M&E Coordinator at Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG).
Frank has been in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation for over 10 years, managing M&E systems of several Donor organisations including Global Fund, IPPF, DFID, JICA, JOICFP and DFATD and also a research consultant for the past 8 years, having stints with DKT International and Oxfam International.
Frank Kwaku Amoateng holds Professional certificates in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Project and Financial Management at School of Public Health (University of Ghana) and Management Development and Productivity Institute (MDPI) respectively. A Post graduate diploma in leadership development at Management Sciences for Health Incorporated (United States) and a bachelor’s degree in Management studies at the University of Cape Coast (Ghana).
