STAR-Ghana Foundation is pleased to invite proposals from qualified vendors to provide services for the upcoming Ghana Philanthropy Conference 2025. The Conference will convene leaders, institutions, and practitioners to explore innovative approaches to philanthropy and development in Ghana.

We are seeking reputable service providers in the following areas:

• Livestreaming and Audio-Visual Services
• Catering (tea breaks and lunch for participants)
• Printing of Brochures and Conference Materials
• Stage Design and Backdrop Setup

Interested vendors are kindly requested to submit a proposal together with a detailed cost estimate to JAdjei@star-ghana.org no later than 15th October 2025. The number of people we are expecting are 500.

This conference represents a key national platform for dialogue and collaboration, and we look forward to partnering with capable vendors to deliver a successful event.
