STAR-Ghana phase one (2010-15) was a multi- donor pooled funding mechanism – funded by UK aid (DFID), DANIDA, the EU and USAID. Approximately 157 civil society organisations (CSOs), including the media, community-based organisations and the government were supported during the programme period, with a total budget of approximately US$38 million.
