Project Officer

Ragadahu is a development practitioner and advocate for human rights, gender equality and social inclusion, with over 10 years of experience in Ghana’s development sector. Her expertise spans inclusive governance, gender equality and social inclusion, child protection and safeguarding, education, advocacy, community engagement and project management.

Her work involves managing partnerships with civil society organizations, supporting policy and advocacy initiatives, facilitating multi-stakeholder engagements, monitoring programme implementation and contributing to learning and evidence generation. She has worked extensively on initiatives involving women, young people, persons with disabilities and other underserved groups, while engaging government institutions, civil society organizations and other development actors.

Prior to joining STAR-Ghana Foundation, Ragadahu held various programme and leadership roles with organizations and initiatives including RAINS, Ghana Health Service, UMB and the USAID-SPRING project. Her career has evolved from grassroots community facilitation, training and behaviour-change interventions to coordinating and managing complex development programmes and contributing to policy advocacy and systems-level change
