With over 8 years of experience in the development space, her expertise spans child protection, organizational safeguarding, inclusion, education, advocacy, leadership, and youth mentoring in multi-funded organizations such as RAINS, Ghana Health Service, UMB, and the USAID-SPRING project. Her career has evolved from grassroots field facilitation and training to leading community development initiatives.
