Administrative Programs Support Officer

Josephine Adobea Adjei supports STAR-Ghana Foundation’s programmes through administrative, logistics, and operational coordination. Her work spans event and convening support, procurement and vendor coordination, asset tracking, HR administration, and governance support, contributing to the effective delivery of the Foundation’s activities.

Josephine is a development practitioner with 5 years of experience in HR, administration, governance and procurement. With a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Rural Development from KNUST and a Master of Science in Environmental Science Policy and Development from the Institute of Local Government studies, she is also a climate change activist and occasionally writes papers on the state of climate change and its influence on the quality of life in the country during her free time. She holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Online, and is the Founder and manager of AO Skincare, a budding company that caters to Ghanaians. AO Skincare has been in existence for 4 years.
