Josephine is a development practitioner with 5 years of experience in HR, administration, governance and procurement. With a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Rural Development from KNUST and a Master of Science in Environmental Science Policy and Development from the Institute of Local Government studies, she is also a climate change activist and occasionally writes papers on the state of climate change and its influence on the quality of life in the country during her free time. She holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Online, and is the Founder and manager of AO Skincare, a budding company that caters to Ghanaians. AO Skincare has been in existence for 4 years.
