Head of Programmes

Eunice Racheal Agbenyadzi is a women’s rights advocate, and a specialist in organisational development and civil society strengthening. She has facilitated and chaperoned citizen organising and movement-building for social justice, gender equality and inclusive  across West and Central Africa. She has held diverse roles within international organisations, multi-donor pooled funding mechanisms, and national civil society organisations.

She currently serves as Head of Programmes at STAR-Ghana Foundation. Eunice holds professional certifications in Organisational Development, Gestalt in Organisations, Leadership, and Advisory Services. She also has a Master’s degree in business management and is currently a PhD candidate in Social Policy Studies at the University of Ghana.
